1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at torontoaeroportlimo.com and the limo, chauffeur, and ground transportation services provided by Toronto Aeroport Limo (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or confirming a booking with Toronto Aeroport Limo, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you are booking on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” include that entity. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at torontoaeroportlimo.com/terms-and-conditions/. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Provided
Toronto Aeroport Limo provides professionally licenced, pre-booked chauffeured limo and ground transportation services in Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area, and throughout Ontario, Canada. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Airport transfers to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), and private aviation terminals
- Corporate limo and executive chauffeur service
- Wedding limo service
- Birthday and special occasion limo service
- Hourly as-directed chauffeur service
- Night out and event limo service
- Niagara Falls limo service and wine tours
- City to city limo transfers across Ontario
- Livery limo service for corporate and private clients
All services are subject to vehicle availability and must be booked in advance. Toronto Aeroport Limo does not provide on-demand or street-hail transportation. We operate exclusively as a pre-booked livery transportation provider.
3. Booking and Confirmation
3.1 How to Book
Bookings may be made through our online booking form at torontoaeroportlimo.com/book-now or by contacting our 24/7 booking line by phone. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written booking confirmation from Toronto Aeroport Limo via email or other written communication. Verbal confirmations alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.
3.2 Booking Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details provided are accurate at the time of booking, including pickup address, destination, date and time, number of passengers, flight information, and any special requirements. Toronto Aeroport Limo cannot be held responsible for service failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete booking information provided by the client.
3.3 Booking Changes
Requests to modify a confirmed booking must be made as early as possible by contacting our booking line or email. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may result in a revised quote. We will confirm all changes in writing. We cannot guarantee that changes requested less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup can be accommodated.
3.4 Corporate Account Bookings
Clients with corporate accounts may make bookings subject to the terms of their corporate account agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a corporate account agreement, the corporate account agreement will prevail for that client.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices quoted by Toronto Aeroport Limo are fixed flat rates unless otherwise stated in writing. Quoted prices are inclusive of the chauffeur fee, fuel, standard waiting time, and applicable taxes. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for factors not known at the time of booking, such as significant route changes, additional stops requested during the journey, or extended waiting beyond the allowance included in the booking.
4.2 Additional Charges
The following may result in additional charges applied to your booking:
- Waiting time beyond the included allowance (15 minutes for standard pickups, 45 minutes for airport arrivals after the flight lands)
- Additional stops not included in the original booking
- Route changes or destination changes made during the journey
- Cleaning fees in the event of damage to the vehicle interior caused by a passenger
- Tolls, parking fees, or airport access fees not included in the original quote
- Extension of an hourly booking beyond the originally booked duration
4.3 Payment
Payment is accepted by major credit card, debit card, and other methods as communicated at the time of booking. For corporate accounts, payment terms are as set out in the corporate account agreement, typically net 30 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to require pre-payment or a deposit for certain bookings, including large group bookings, special events, and long-distance transfers.
4.4 Declined Payments
If payment is declined or a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds, Toronto Aeroport Limo reserves the right to suspend future bookings from that client until the outstanding balance is resolved. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve the matter may result in the reporting of the dispute to relevant credit agencies and the recovery of our costs in disputing the chargeback.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Client Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing by email or through our booking system. The following cancellation policy applies to standard bookings:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: full refund of any deposit or prepayment, no cancellation fee
- Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: 50% cancellation fee applied to the total booking value
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup: 100% cancellation fee – no refund
- No-show (client not present at the agreed pickup location within the waiting time allowance): 100% of the booking value charged – no refund
Different cancellation terms may apply to wedding bookings, large group bookings, special event bookings, and Niagara Falls day trip packages. Any such terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.
5.2 Cancellations by Toronto Aeroport Limo
In the rare event that Toronto Aeroport Limo must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control – including severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or driver emergency – we will notify you as soon as possible and make every reasonable effort to arrange an equivalent alternative vehicle. If we are unable to provide a replacement service, a full refund of any amount paid will be issued within 5 business days.
5.3 Flight Delays and Airport Bookings
For airport pickup bookings, our standard cancellation policy applies from the original scheduled pickup time. We monitor flights in real time and adjust your chauffeur’s arrival accordingly for flight delays at no additional charge. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, please notify us as soon as possible. In the case of airline-cancelled flights, we will work with you to rebook at no additional cancellation fee for the original booking.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
6.1 Conduct in the Vehicle
All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during their journey with Toronto Aeroport Limo. Our chauffeurs have the right to refuse to continue a journey or to ask passengers to leave the vehicle if their behaviour poses a risk to the safety of the vehicle, other passengers, the chauffeur, or the public. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6.2 Alcohol Policy
The consumption of alcohol in our vehicles is subject to Ontario provincial law. Passengers may bring and consume alcohol in vehicles where this is legally permitted, provided they do so responsibly. Toronto Aeroport Limo chauffeurs will not supply alcoholic beverages. Passengers who are excessively intoxicated and who pose a risk to the vehicle, the chauffeur, or other passengers may be refused service without refund.
6.3 Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping of any substance are strictly prohibited in all Toronto Aeroport Limo vehicles at all times. A cleaning fee of a minimum of $250 CAD will be applied to any booking where smoking or vaping occurs inside the vehicle.
6.4 Vehicle Damage
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their booking, including soiling of upholstery, breakage of fittings, or any other damage beyond normal wear and tear. The cost of repair or professional cleaning will be charged to the payment method on file. We will provide photographic documentation of any damage and a receipt for any cleaning or repair costs incurred.
6.5 Number of Passengers and Luggage
The number of passengers and volume of luggage must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. If additional passengers or excessive luggage not declared at the time of booking result in the vehicle being over capacity, the chauffeur reserves the right to refuse the excess passengers or luggage. No refund will be issued in this circumstance. Please declare all passenger numbers and luggage requirements accurately at the time of booking.
6.6 Child Seats
Passengers travelling with children who require a child seat must request this at the time of booking. While we make every effort to accommodate child seat requests, availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Parents and guardians are responsible for securing children in child seats correctly. Toronto Aeroport Limo chauffeurs are not responsible for the installation or adjustment of child seats.
7. Chauffeur and Vehicle Provisions
7.1 Vehicle Substitution
Toronto Aeroport Limo reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with an equivalent or superior vehicle in the event of a mechanical issue, accident, or other operational necessity. We will notify the client of any substitution as soon as possible. Where a substitute vehicle of equivalent standard cannot be provided, the client will be offered a full refund.
7.2 Chauffeur Routes
Our chauffeurs use their professional judgment and live traffic monitoring to select the most efficient route for each journey. Specific route requests may be accommodated where practical, but Toronto Aeroport Limo cannot guarantee a specific route unless it is confirmed in writing as part of the booking. Additional toll or fuel costs arising from a client-requested route change may be added to the booking.
7.3 On-Time Performance
Toronto Aeroport Limo makes every reasonable effort to ensure punctual service on every booking. However, in circumstances beyond our reasonable control – including severe traffic incidents, road closures, extreme weather, or force majeure events – we cannot guarantee exact pickup times. We will always communicate any anticipated delays as early as possible and make every effort to minimise the impact on your journey.
7.4 Waiting Time
A waiting time allowance is included with every booking as follows: 15 minutes for standard non-airport pickups and 45 minutes for airport arrival pickups (measured from the time the flight lands, not the original scheduled arrival time). Waiting beyond these allowances will be charged at the applicable rate for the booked vehicle and communicated to the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
Toronto Aeroport Limo carries full commercial vehicle insurance as required by Ontario law and our CVOR registration. In the event of an accident or incident during your journey that is attributable to Toronto Aeroport Limo, our liability is limited to the coverage provided under our commercial insurance policy.
Toronto Aeroport Limo is not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in our vehicles – passengers are responsible for their own property at all times
- Missed flights, missed connections, or missed appointments due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including traffic delays, road closures, or extreme weather
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services
- Service disruptions caused by inaccurate booking information provided by the client
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Our total liability to any client for any single booking shall not exceed the total value of that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Lost Property
Toronto Aeroport Limo takes reasonable steps to hold any property found in our vehicles after a booking and to return it to the rightful owner. If you believe you have left property in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible at torontoaeroportlimo.com/contact-us/ with your booking reference, a description of the item, and the date of your journey.
We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property. However, Toronto Aeroport Limo accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in our vehicles. Items not claimed within 30 days of being found will be donated to charity or disposed of at our discretion.
10. Website and Intellectual Property
All content on torontoaeroportlimo.com – including text, images, logos, graphics, and the overall design – is the property of Toronto Aeroport Limo and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for the sole purpose of viewing our services and making bookings. This licence does not permit you to use our website content for any commercial purpose or to scrape, copy, or republish our content in any form.
11. Force Majeure
Toronto Aeroport Limo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, extreme weather events, government restrictions or orders, pandemics or public health emergencies, strikes or labour disputes, major road accidents or closures, or acts of terrorism. In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to rebook or arrange a refund where applicable.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
